How do I report a bug or issue?
Please contact us at codeforlifes@gmail.com with:
  • App name
  • Your device model and OS version
  • App version (found in Settings)
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Screenshots or screen recordings if possible
How do I request a feature?
We love hearing your ideas! Use the "Feedback" option in the app's Settings, or email us at codeforlifes@gmail.com. Please include:

How do I restore my purchases?
Go to the app's Settings → In-App Purchases → Restore Purchases. This will restore any previous purchases you made on your Apple ID.
I purchased "Remove Ads" but still see ads. What should I do?
  1. Try tapping "Restore Purchases" in Settings
  2. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase
  3. If ads still appear, contact us with your purchase receipt
How do I reset my progress/data?
Most apps have a "Reset" or "Clear Data" option in Settings → Data Management. Warning: This action cannot be undone. Make sure you want to delete all your data before proceeding.
The app crashes or won't open. What can I do?
Try these steps:
  • Close the app completely and reopen it
  • Restart your device
  • Update the app from the App Store
  • Update your iOS to the latest version
  • If the problem persists, contact us with details
How do I change the language?
Go to Settings → Language & Region → Language. Available languages vary by app (typically English and Japanese).
I want a refund for my purchase. How do I request it?
For refunds, please contact Apple Support directly through: Apple handles all refund requests for in-app purchases.
