These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all mobile applications, games, and related services (collectively, the "Services" or "Apps") developed and published by Hung Le (Maneki).

Scope: These Terms govern your access to and use of all our Apps and Services. By downloading, accessing, or using any of our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our apps and games, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Service

Our apps and games provide various services including but not limited to:

Educational and training applications
Puzzle and memory games
Utility applications
Entertainment and gaming experiences

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Some of our apps may require you to create an account or use authentication services. When you create an account, you agree to:

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases

Some of our apps offer in-app purchases and subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android). We do not have access to your payment information.

Refunds

Refund requests for in-app purchases must be submitted to Apple or Google through their respective platforms. We do not process refunds directly.

Subscription Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage your subscriptions in your device's App Store or Play Store settings
No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use our apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
Modify, adapt, or hack the apps or modify another website to falsely imply it is associated with our Services
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our apps
Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from our apps

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our apps and games, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the property of Hung Le (Maneki) or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material from our apps without prior written consent.

7. User-Generated Content

Some of our apps may allow you to create, upload, or share content. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving our Services.

You are solely responsible for any content you create or share and agree not to submit content that:

Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
Infringes on the rights of others
Contains viruses or malicious code
Is offensive, abusive, or inappropriate

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our apps or games:

In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

The Services will be available at all times or be uninterrupted
The Services will be error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components
The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hung Le (Maneki) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Services
Any conduct or content of third parties on the Services
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hung Le (Maneki) and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or delete the apps from your device.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hung Le (Maneki) regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
